Description

The Relief Valve is a pilot-operated, diaphragm-type hydraulic control valve that protects water systems from overpressure. When upstream pressure exceeds the pilot setting, the main valve opens quickly to discharge excess pressure, then closes smoothly once pressure returns to normal. Pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet make setting and monitoring simple.
