Description

The Ductile Iron Flanged Electric Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve (Headless) is a centerline, fully rubber-lined butterfly valve with a top mounting pad prepared for an electric actuator. It is supplied without the actuator (“headless”), allowing you to fit the brand and voltage required for your control system. The rubber liner isolates the body from the medium, providing bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance.

Technical Specifications:
  • Pressure Class: PN10 / PN16
  • Size Range: DN50 – DN1200
  • Applicable Medium: Water, sewage, weak acids and alkalis, air
  • Operating Temperature: -10°C to 80°C (EPDM) / up to 120°C (special liner)
Main Parts and Materials:
Parts NameMaterials
BodyDuctile Iron QT450-10
DiscDuctile Iron (nickel-plated) / Stainless Steel
LinerEPDM / NBR
ShaftStainless Steel 2Cr13
Top FlangeISO 5211 mounting pad
Key Product Features:
  1. Actuator-Ready: ISO 5211 top flange accepts standard quarter-turn electric actuators.
  2. Full Rubber Lining: Medium contacts only the liner and disc, protecting the body from corrosion.
  3. Zero Leakage: Interference fit between disc and liner gives bubble-tight closure.
  4. Compact & Light: Short face-to-face length and low weight simplify installation.
  5. Flow Control Capability: Suitable for on/off and coarse throttling with modulating actuators.
Applications:

Ideal for Water Treatment, HVAC Systems, Pump Stations, and Light Chemical Processing. Specifically suited for automated systems where the actuator is selected separately.
