Description

The Flat Gate Valve (slab / through-conduit gate valve) uses a flat gate with a round port that lines up exactly with the pipe bore when open. The smooth, full-diameter passage allows pipeline pigging and gives almost no pressure loss, while floating seats seal tightly against the gate. It is widely used on oil and gas transmission lines.

Technical Specifications:
  • Pressure Class: PN16 – PN160
  • Size Range: DN50 – DN600
  • Applicable Medium: Oil, natural gas, water, petroleum products
  • Operating Temperature: -29°C to 121°C

Key Product Features:
  1. Through-Conduit Bore: Full, smooth passage suitable for pipeline pigging.
  2. Low Pressure Loss: No cavity in the flow path when open.
  3. Floating Seats: Line pressure pushes the seat for tight sealing.
  4. Sealant Injection: Emergency seat sealing possible in service.
  5. Manual or Actuated: Handwheel, gearbox or actuator.
Applications:

Ideal for Oil & Gas Pipelines, Wellhead Equipment, Storage Terminals, and Petrochemical Plants. Specifically suited for lines that need full-bore flow and pigging.
