Description

The Cast Steel Worm Gear Drive Triple Eccentric Hard Seal Wafer Butterfly Valve is a metal-seated, triple-offset butterfly valve in a compact wafer (clamp-type) body, operated by a self-locking worm gearbox. The triple offset geometry lets the laminated seal ring touch the seat only at the moment of closure, giving friction-free travel, long seal life and tight shut-off at high temperatures where soft-seated valves cannot be used.
