Description

The Cast Iron Rising Stem Soft-Sealed Gate Valve is a flanged, resilient-seated isolation valve with an outside screw & yoke stem. As the handwheel turns, the stem rises with the wedge, giving clear visual indication of valve position. The rubber-encapsulated wedge seals against a smooth body bore for leak-free closure in clean and slightly contaminated water.
