Description

The Cast Steel Telescopic Butterfly Valve combines a cast steel butterfly valve with a built-in telescopic (dismantling) joint in one assembly. The sliding sleeve absorbs installation gaps and small axial movement of the pipeline, so the valve can be fitted and removed easily without cutting pipes or adding a separate expansion joint.

Technical Specifications:
  • Pressure Class: PN10 / PN16 / PN25
  • Size Range: DN100 – DN1600
  • Applicable Medium: Water, sewage, oil, gas
  • Operating Temperature: -29°C to 200°C (seal dependent)

Key Product Features:
  1. Built-In Dismantling Joint: Adjustable length makes installation and maintenance easy.
  2. Absorbs Pipe Movement: Compensates for thermal expansion and installation errors.
  3. Cast Steel Strength: WCB body handles higher pressure and pipe loads than iron.
  4. Space Saving: One unit is shorter than a valve plus separate joint.
  5. Gear or Actuator Operation: Worm gear, electric or pneumatic drives available.
Applications:

Ideal for Pump Stations, Water Transmission Lines, Power Plant Cooling Water, and Industrial Pipelines. Specifically suited for locations where the valve must be removed for service without cutting the pipe.
