Description

The Cast Iron High Temperature Ball Valve is a flanged, one-piece floating ball valve fitted with reinforced high-temperature seats. A quarter turn of the lever gives full-bore opening or tight shut-off, and the reinforced PTFE (or PPL) seats extend the usable temperature range for hot water and low-pressure steam service. It is a simple, fast-acting alternative to gate valves in heating systems.

Technical Specifications:
  • Pressure Class: PN16
  • Size Range: DN15 – DN200
  • Applicable Medium: Hot water, low-pressure steam, thermal oil, oil
  • Operating Temperature: -10°C to 180°C (seat dependent)

Key Product Features:
  1. High-Temperature Seats: Reinforced seats maintain sealing at elevated temperatures.
  2. Quarter-Turn Operation: Fast open/close with lever position indicating flow.
  3. Full Port: Minimal flow resistance and easy pigging/cleaning.
  4. Blow-Out Proof Stem: Stem inserted from inside for operator safety.
  5. Graphite Stem Seal: Heat-resistant packing prevents external leakage.
Applications:

Ideal for Heating Systems, Boiler Rooms, Thermal Oil Circuits, and Hot Water Supply. Specifically suited for fast-acting isolation of hot media.
