Description

The Multi-Function Pump Control Valve is a hydraulically operated valve installed at the pump outlet that combines the functions of a gate valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator. Using line pressure alone, it opens slowly when the pump starts, and on pump stop it closes rapidly first and then slowly in a two-stage sequence. This sequence prevents reverse flow and suppresses water hammer, protecting the pump and pipework without external power.

Technical Specifications:
  • Pressure Class: PN10 / PN16 / PN25
  • Size Range: DN50 – DN800
  • Applicable Medium: Clean water, raw water
  • Operating Temperature: 0°C to 80°C
Main Parts and Materials:
Parts NameMaterials

Key Product Features:
  1. Three-in-One Function: Replaces separate gate valve, check valve and water hammer arrestor.
  2. Two-Stage Closing: Fast closure followed by slow final closing eliminates surge pressure.
  3. Slow Opening: Limits pressure fluctuation and pump starting load.
  4. Self-Operated: Driven by line pressure, no electricity required.
  5. Adjustable Timing: Opening and closing speeds can be tuned on site.
Applications:

Ideal for Pump Stations, High-Rise Building Water Supply, Water Treatment Plants, and Industrial Water Systems. Specifically suited for pump outlets where water hammer and backflow must be controlled.
